Structure
Internal oral defence
Students will be required to present their dissertation in the Internal Oral Defence before their dissertation is sent for examination. The quality of the dissertation should be of a level of proficiency required in published materials. The internal oral defence is open to all faculty members and graduate students of the School.
The internal oral defence will be evaluated by the Dissertation Defence Committee, which comprises of:
- Supervisor as the Chairperson
- Divisional programme advisor
- Two faculty members who served in the Proposal Defence Committee
After the internal defence, the dissertation will be polished up for submission for examination.
